Open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements: Resident of Champaign County, Employed or actively seeking employment, Currently receiving SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid benefits, or part of an active SNAP household
Individuals must provide all of the following documentation, regardless of service requested: -- State ID or Driver's License -- Documentation/Proof of SNAP, TANF, and/or Medicaid -- Proof of residency in Champaign County Additional documents required for auto repair: -- Current/Active vehicle registration -- Current/Active vehicle insurance/insurance card Additional documents required for auto insurance assistance: -- Current/Active vehicle registration -- Copy of auto insurance policy statement and premium
