CHILD CARE RESOURCE AND REFERRAL | 4-C - COMMUNITY COORDINATED CHILD CARE

Provides services to families including referrals and consumer information to families looking for child care. Determines eligibility for the Department of Human Services Child Care Assistance Program, which helps families pay for child care. Eligibility

Department of Human Services Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP): - Illinois residents. - Meet income guidelines. - Must be working. - Teen parents working toward a high school diploma or GED are eligible regardless of their parents' income level.

Fee

Child Care Assistance Program: Copayment with sliding scale. Child Care Referrals: Free to all families.
