Chicago Family Health Center provides behavioral health services to help patients with issues such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, perinatal, antepartum, and postpartum mood disorders, psychosocial concerns due to chronic pain and chronic medical problems and domestic violence victims in the aftermath of an incident. Chicago Family Health Center offers comprehensive substance abuse treatment, including Suboxone, Naltrexone, and Narcan.
