COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAM (CSP) | NORTHWESTERN MEDICINE

Assists individuals who have been diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness in developing and maintaining their basic daily living skills, coping skills, problem solving skills, manage their illness, and live as independently as possible within the least restrictive environment.
