Community-Based Services: An early prevention therapy program for youth and their families to resolve emotional, behavioral, and relationship issues that create barriers to success at home and school. Therapists conduct an assessment to identify key issues and concerns to develop a treatment plan that involves individual therapy for the child and family therapy sessions.
