Description

A Public Housing Program that assists qualified low income families with rental assistance. The client pays between 30 and 40 percent of their monthly income toward rent. MCHA will form a contract with the landlord to pay the difference directly to the landlord on behalf of the family.

**This program works on a waitlist basis. The waitlist is open sporadically throughout the year. Check the website or call to find out the status of the waitlist.
