Current mortgage statement, reason for mortgage default or delinquency, must have documentation to prove hardship, hardship letter, proof of all expenses paid (receipts) in the last 30 days, mortgage company statement for all mortgages and workout package if one has been sent, copy of Foreclosure notice and all attachments, copy of all monthly bills including current utility bills, copy of homeowners' association bill, property tax bill and homeowners insurance declaration page, last 2 months bank statements for all accounts (no transaction history), proof of gross household income for 30 days prior to the date of application, which may include check stubs, SSA/SSI, child support, or any documentation showing money coming into the household, photo ID of applicant, Social Security Cards for all members living in household, print out of all benefits from DHS that applicant may be receiving, anyone ages 18 or older in the household with no income MUST have proof of no income, like unemployment and/or documentation from DHS, current bank statement, additional documentation upon request depending on household circumstances
