Rentervention

Rentervention is a free resource for Chicago renters facing housing issues. As renters answer plain-language questions about their problems, the Rentervention chatbot provides information about the best options for resolving them. If the renter's problem can't be resolved, they are connected to our Virtual Clinic, where an attorney has access to the chat history and provides service. They may also be referred to other LCBH programs and resources.
