DCFS HAP program
Unity Parenting and Counseling, Inc. provides a Housing Advocacy Program (HAP) in coordination with DCFS that assists in securing stable housing for families working to achieve reunification with their children who are wards of the state and young adults who are transitioning out of foster care.

Harmony Village Transitional Living Program provides housing in apartments with on-site supportive services for homeless youth ages 18-24 and their children. Residents are allowed to live at Harmony Village for up to two years. Most youth who reside in this program are homeless teen moms with their babies.
