DCFS HAP program

Harmony Village Transitional Living Program provides housing in apartments with on-site supportive services for homeless youth ages 18-24 and their children. Residents are allowed to live at Harmony Village for up to two years. Most youth who reside in this program are homeless teen moms with their babies.
