Eligibility
- Clean criminal background. - Income eligible. - Annual income within HUD established limits - Must be a family as defined in the Housing Authority's Administrative Plan. - Must meet the HUD requirement on citizenship or immigration status. - Documentation of Social Security numbers for all family members. - Valid state issued photo ID for head of household with address matching application. - Signed authorization form for DHA to verify eligibility requirements. Disqualifications: - Termination by DHA within the past 3 years. - Money owed to any housing authority or other federally subsidized housing program. - Household member on probation or parole. - Household member who is currently engaged in drug-related or violent criminal activity, or who has engaged in such activity within the past 5 years. - Household member who has been convicted of drug sales within the past 10 years. - Household member who is a currently registered sex offender or subject to lifetime sex offender registration requirements.
