Free legal services are available to people who qualify based on their income, live in the DuPage County area, or have a case in DuPage County. These services require a referral from another legal aid provider. Application process

(1) Call the main number for a telephone screening, or arrange an in-person screening. (2) During telephone screening callers will be asked a series of questions. (3) Certain documents will be required to verify answers. (4) Those who qualify for assistance will be assigned a staff attorney or volunteer lawyer.
