Application process

Call 708-383-4806 between the hours of 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday through Friday to schedule a ride. Rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and may be scheduled no earlier than one week prior

Description

Oak Park Township offers transportation services to residents 60 years and older and to persons aged 18 and older with disabilities. Service is provided curb-to-curb within Oak Park and River Forest, and all buses are equipped with lifts for full accessibility. Safe, reliable service can be arranged for any purpose, including: medical appointments, social activities, and errands. Rides to Loyola Hospital in Maywood, Hines VA, and Gottlieb Hospital in Melrose Park may be requested by calling (708) 383-4806 and making a reservation.
