Adult ESL students have small children that need to be looked after

Mon 9:00am - 11:00am Tue 9:00am - 11:00am Wed 9:00am - 11:00am Thu 9:00am - 11:00am Fri 9:00am - 11:00am Their school year is September through May, and we follow the U-46 Holiday Schedule with a few exceptions.

YWCA Elgin has registration events in late August and another at the beginning of January.

The YWCA Elgin offers ESL Family Literacy classes to adults that want to learn English but have small children that need to be looked after. Adult students in the Family Literacy program take regular English as a Second Language classes Monday through Thursday while their children attend ESL preschool. On Friday, the parent and child join together for special activities.
