Open to those who meet the following criteria:

• Must be an Ameren Illinois customer
• Must be a senior, disabled, or have a temporary, documentable crisis
• Must meet income requirements
• Must have active service in the home (cannot be shut off)
• If client qualified for the LIHEAP program, they will not be eligible for the WN/CF program
• Bill cannot be over $750.00
• Income must be from an adult (cannot count child's disability as income for this program)
• Must make matching payment; Ameren will match payments up to $350.00

Photo ID, Social Security card(s), proof of income, copy of the power bill, receipt of payment

Mon-Fri 8 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm

Call for information; Caller should ask for this program by name when calling Salvation Army
