Application process

Walk-up orientation sessions are available in the Pro Bono Room at the Chicago Immigration Court on Mondays through Wednesdays, from 8:30am to 3pm at 55 East Monroe Street, Suite 1500. Phone consultations also are provided via the ICH Hotline at (312) 660-1328.

Eligibility

Any unrepresented individual scheduled for a hearing at the Chicago Immigration Court.
