Please visit the website to download and complete the application. Applicants may print the application out to complete it by pen-and-paper or complete it as a fillable PDF on their computer/phone. Please note, veterans will also need to complete the Veterans Addendum, which can be found at www.rebuildingtogether-chi.com/apply as well.
