$5.00 for basic foot care and blood pressure clinics, which include blood pressure screenings, basic foot care and toenail trimming, health information on chronic disease prevention, nutrition, and physical activity

Serves seniors with the goal of helping them remain safe and in their homes for as long as possible. The program focuses on chronic disease prevention, nutrition, and physical activity. Department nurses offer low-cost foot care and blood pressure screenings, home visitations, and educational presentations. Staff works with community partners, reaching most program participants through senior centers, churches, and independent senior living communities.
