Offers assistance when funding is available, to individuals and families who are past due on their rent or utility payments and are at risk of becoming homeless or are homeless due to a recent financial crisis affecting their ability to pay housing costs. If funding available, may also be able to help with car repair assistance.

Income for past 30 days for everyone in the household (if no income, then written verification of how financial obligations are met), signed lease, SNAP benefits information, Social Security cards for everyone in household, documentation of a related emergency (eviction notice, evidence of unsafe environment, evidence of new and improved housing)

Open to residents of Ford, Iroquois, or Vermillion County who have an income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
