Eligibility

- Unemployed. - No income, no Social Security, and no unemployment benefits. - Single adult, ages 18-61. - No minor children in the home. - No applications pending with Social Security, Unemployment, Veterans, etc. - No work limitations. - Resident of area served. - Legal resident of the United States.
