Special education programs, including: - Curriculum Corner: Curriculum specialist for students in the school. Assesses the needs of students and helps to develop their individualized programs. - River's Edge Academy: Alternative school for special education students. - Transition Services: Provides a plan and linkages prior to a student exiting the school system. Works with each student and his/her family to identify an employment goal, secondary education plans, and where appropriate, independent living skills.
