(1) Submit online request for assistance at https://petsofthehomeless.org/emergency-veterinary-care/ (2) If approved by Case Manager, agency will provide information to make appointment at local veterinary clinic (3) Pay what you can at appointment, and Feeding Pets will pay remainder.
