Career Pathways

Career Pathways are a way to launch a career in a technical or vocational trade. YJC clients will receive free uniforms and tools, transportation assistance, one-on-one career advising, financial coaching, an $8,000 tuition voucher for approved training programs, and more.

Youth Job Center (YJC) is a workforce development and job placement agency that prepares young adults, ages 14-25, for success in the workplace and in life. YJC provides Workforce Readiness Training (WRT), personalized career coaching, job placement, financial coaching, and barrier reduction services to young adults throughout Chicagoland. YJC currently has offices in Chicago Heights, Englewood, Evanston, and Pilsen.
