SPECIALIZED SCHOOL PROGRAMS | LIVINGSTON COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICES UNIT
Provides a cooperative for special education and other related services and serves the population of 11 member school districts in Livingston County. Teams of program supervisors, social workers, psychologists, teachers, occupational therapists, speech therapists, instructional teams, and vocational coordinators, as well as the director and assistant director, work cooperatively with schools to enhance the educational pursuits of all students in the member districts.

Eligibility
Must be identified by their home school districts as requiring specialized instruction. IEP team process and collaboration with LCSSU Specialized School Programs staff assist with any placement recommendations.
