Description

Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers a comprehensive Hepatitis C program to treat and cure patients with Hepatitis C. The program includes screening, education, medication adherence, treatment, and prevention. Their clinical staff is specially trained in Hepatitis C management. Their team consists of an Infectious Disease provider, Pharmacists, Patient Navigators, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants.
