LCBH attorneys provide eviction defense, including pre-eviction assistance, and intervene when illegal lockouts, utility shutoffs, discrimination, retaliation, or other issues threaten a renter's housing stability or safety. They also help renters facing issues due to living in a foreclosed building, dealing with condition issues, or seeking to unionize. LCBH social workers work with clients to meet needs related to financial and longer-term housing stability.
