Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP): An eight week summer employment opportunity that matches teens with businesses and organizations that match their personal preferences, skills and support needs. SWEP participants will work 20 hours a week and receive minimum wage. Summer Work Experience (SWE): A 6 week summer employment opportunity that pairs teens with businesses and organizations that is designed help build work skills and self confidence. SWE participants will work 20 hours a week, receive minimum wage and 24 hours worth of social skills training.
