The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) offers clinical mental health services at five CDPH-operated clinics across the City of Chicago. A wide range of services is available, including thorough mental health assessments, personalized treatment planning, crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and psychosocial rehabilitation. Telepsychiatry is also offered at all clinics, allowing patients to see their psychiatrist from the same location where they already see their therapist.
