Enrolled families are connected to a Home Visiting professional who employs the Baby TALK Family Engagement Approach to meet families where they are. Home Visitors come alongside families prenatally through age three to collaborate around child and family goals, as well as child development and family interactions. Home Visits take place weekly or bi-weekly, depending on what is appropriate for the family.
