Eye Care | Missouri Rehabilitation Services for the Blind - St. Louis South
Prevention of Blindness: Provides eye care assistance for medically and financially eligible applicants. Services may include eye examinations, comprehensive diagnostic evaluation, surgery, hospitalization, glasses, glaucoma medications and artificial eyes. Also, provides free public eye screenings and comprehensive eye care to eligible applicants.
