Housing Discrimination Assistance | Prairie State Legal Services
Services include negotiation on behalf of tenant with landlord or other housing provider, using fair housing testing to investigate housing discrimination, help with filing complaints with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the Illinois Department of Human Rights in court, and represent complaint filers in court.
