Provides reservation-based, door-to-door transportation for certified ADA passengers. Serves individuals whose disability or health condition prevents them from using fixed-route service. Trips are provided within the same hours and geographic area as fixed-route service. NOTE: Passengers must be ADA Paratransit Certified. Call the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) ADA Paratransit Certification program to request an application and schedule an in-person eligibility interview.
