Jobs Club
The Chicago Help Initiative launched a weekly jobs club program for guests who want to re-enter the workforce. The volunteer jobs counselors provide one-on-one guidance and training in areas such as interviewing techniques, resume writing, computer instruction, and job applications. They also make referrals for guests to partner agencies that specialize in job preparation and training for a variety of skill levels and industries. Guests can also peruse the jobs bulletin board, where current job openings are posted and other employment resources.
