Set Program Fees - Ongoing treatment: $65 per week, higher doses require $5 extra - Accepts Illinois Medicaid, Medicare - Accepts payments by cash or credit card
Eligibility
- Must be 18 years or older - Must have been using opioids for a minimum of one year - Will accept individuals 17 years of age, with parental consent and two failed attempts at abstinence within a 12-month period
