Safe Haven Counseling offers mental health counseling specializing in trauma-informed care for the following: anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adjustment disorders, substance use disorders (substance abuse recovery, relapse prevention planning, harm reduction strategies, 12-step model of addiction), grief, PTSD, interpersonal relationship issues, women's issues from the stage of life transitions, chronic medical condition stressors. They also provide couples counseling: helping the relationship repair from the aftermath of addiction as well as: communication issues, intimacy issues, co-dependency divorce, pre-marital issues, and resentment work.
