CLUBHOUSE DAY PROGRAM | ILLINOIS VALLEY BRAIN INJURY CLUBHOUSE
Provides an adult day program center for persons who have had a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or stroke. Clubhouse members, staff, and volunteers work together on a daily work schedule through the kitchen, business, and social units. Family members do not attend the day program with Clubhouse members, however, a personal aid is permitted if needed. Clubhouse members must arrange their own transportation to and from the Clubhouse with NCAT (North Central Area Transit), but Clubhouse pays for NCAT transportation.

Eligibility
- Adults age 18+ who have had a traumatic brain injury or stroke. - Must not pose a significant threat that would disrupt the current Clubhouse members. - Commits to the Clubhouse Substance Abuse Policy. - Individuals must attend one monthly support group meeting prior to being eligible for the day program.
