Employment & Employer Services (E&ES) partners with the Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) to provide family-centered coaching, job training, and support through the FamilyWorks program. Program services include employment support, housing stability, digital and financial literacy, and parenting support. The family coach works one-on-one with the client to set goals and match resources and services to achieve them.
