Acts to promote employer awareness to voluntarily cooperate with the service requirements of the Guard and Reservists; assists Guard and Reserve members in fulfilling their obligations to employers, and acts as mediator to reduce and resolve misunderstandings between both parties. The IESGR assists Guard and Reserve members in finding jobs with cooperating employers.
