Early Intervention Program

Heartland Alliance - Uptown Health Center offers the Early Intervention Program (EIP) which provides comprehensive medical and case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA). Medical case managers provide intensive follow-up to ensure that participants meet goals aimed at maintaining healthy, active lifestyles. The medical team provides HIV management and general primary care to PLWHA.
