IPS Supportive Employment Program - NAMI Metro Suburban - The Drop-In Center

NAMI Metro Suburban's IPS Supportive Employment Program is an evidence-based practice that provides employment assistance for people with severe mental illness. An Employment Specialist will work with candidates to develop a career plan focused on their personal goals and preferences. Through coaching, mock interviews, resume development, and on-the-job support, an Employment Specialist helps foster strong employer-employee relationships.
