Open to owner-occupied properties or renters whose landlord accepts the terms of the contract, household income does not exceed federal guidelines, or household has an occupant who receives SSI, LIHEAP, or TANF grant

Proof of income, proof of residence, Social Security cards for all household members, proof of home ownership, recent gas bill, recent electricity bill
