Outreach navigators provide community outreach for those individuals living unsheltered in the Quad Cities. They are liaisons with local businesses and law enforcement to address concerns and make contact with persons living on the streets. The outreach team provides emergency supplies such as water, hygiene products, blankets, and referrals to appropriate services.
