School-based outreach and intensive services to help junior and high school students overcome challenges and stay in school.
Services include:
- Individual and group counseling
- Home visits with families
- In-school conflict mediations
- Building skills in areas of conflict resolution, anger management, impulse control, goal setting, and links to academic skills
