CTTP has contracts with DCFS and a variety of private foster care agencies and accepts many HMO/PPO health insurance plans. Individuals can be referred to CTTP under their DCFS-Medicaid Counseling/Sexual Abuse contract, their DCFS-Medicaid Post Adoption contract, or through a private foster care agency contract.
