A Knock at Midnight's Workforce Preparation training is designed to prepare individuals for such situations. No matter the goals, their staff are committed to cultivating each participant's skills and promoting self-sufficiency. Workforce Preparation courses are four-week sessions that occur Thursdays from 2:30 to 4:30pm.

A Knock at Midnight (AKAM) is a non-profit, 501c(3) community-based organization that focuses on providing direct services in the communities of Auburn Gresham, Englewood, West Englewood, and West Chatham. A Knock at Midnight's mission is to collaborate and build linkages with public schools, churches, nonprofits and private community organizations, and other business and government institutions.
