Salem United Church of Christ partners with BEDS Plus to offer a short-term one night only shelter for homeless individuals. This shelter is open from October 1st to April 30th. BEDS Plus provides dinner and breakfast to individuals staying at the shelter.

Appointment Required. To access services for this location, individuals must first go through the Day Time Support Center South Location located at 11005 S 76th Ave, Worth, IL, to receive a referral. This emergency shelter is for women and children only. Salem United Church of Christ only offers shelter on Sundays, but other nearby sites offer shelter throughout the week.
