Officers also enforce all State of Illinois and local animal ordinances in Winnebago County, helping to keep pets and people safer. Other services include: - Animal adoption - Pet licensing - Lost pet network - Low-income spay/neuter voucher program - Animal Fostering. - Other pet-related services.
