Tech Immersion
R.I.S.E. offers a 10 week program where participants who have gone through Cook County Department of Corrections (CCDOC), Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), and/or Juvenile Detention Centers can learn how to innovate with Google tools, design thinking, VR/XR, app development, first version development of websites, web apps, and apps.

R.I.S.E. (Restoring Inheritance Stewarding Excellence) is a re-entry program that focuses on comprehensive re-entry planning at Cook County Department of Corrections (CCDOC), Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC), and Juvenile Detention Centers. The goal of the program centers on introducing educational, employment, and entrepreneurial training meant to assist with mapping goals and resources needed for successful transitions back into communities. Upon release, participants are connected to the services outlined in their reentry plan and supported by R.I.S.E. to assist with transitions into gainful employment, educational training, and/or entrepreneurial endeavors.
