Application process

Transportation to medical appointments must be scheduled at least two days in advance. Non-medical related transportation must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made before 9:00am on the day of service.

Self-pay; Fare each way is $0.65 for riders age 65 and older or $1.30 for riders ages 55 to 64
