CHILDREN'S GROUP HOME PROGRAM | GOLDIE B. FLOBERG CENTER
Serves children and young adults with developmental disabilities in community integrated, 4 person group homes. Children receive 24-hour support and supervision. Nursing, physical therapy, psychiatric, and behavior management services are also offered. Activities for children to participate in include: - Boy and Girl Scouts. - Therapeutic horseback riding. - School activities. - Going to movies, museums, zoos. - Shopping. - Other community activities.

Eligibility
Ages 5-21. Both ambulatory and non-ambulatory children are served. Program focuses on serving children and young adults with a primary diagnosis of Autism and/or any intellectual disability. A secondary diagnosis involving emotional or behavioral issues is also acceptable.
