Services include Weatherization Programs, Housing Down Payment Loans/Grants, Transitional Housing/Shelter, Air Conditioners, Fans, Electric Service Payment Assistance, Gas Service Payment Assistance, Heating Fuel Payment Assistance, Scholarships, Lead Abatement, Furnace Maintenance/Repair, Small Business Financing, Community Development Corporations and Regional Economic Development.
